Brand new old stock. I bought these handle bars at great expense for a project I was doing, but don't need them anymore. They are brand new and have never been used. This is what it cost me to order them from the US.

I'm selling Cinelli "Criterium" handlebars (40 cm) in a matte silver finish and with the proprietary (and larger) stem clamp size of 26.4 mm...so these bars will only work with Cinelli stems from around the mid 90's and before...which I think is when Cinelli ceased manufacturing bars/stems in the 26.4 mm clamp size. These bars are double grooved to handle all forms of vintage aero brake levers and newer dual control brake/shifter levers.
